Clark: Bond issue would open new paths to reducing concentrated poverty

In a couple of weeks there will clearly be much more said about this subject, but today Supt. Ann Clark announced at a CMS Board Policy Committee meeting that she would clarify later this month how the bond issue she wants on the ballot in November is key to finding new ways to reduce concentrations of poverty within the district.

Most of the Policy Committee meeting was focused on clarifying language in the staff draft on assignment guiding principles. That document will return to the full board for a vote later this month.
